Yes, our services are accessible to both individual and corporate clients, accommodating a wide range of transportation needs.

Can I offer my car for rent to your company?

We are open to discussing B2B partnerships with others in the tourism or transport industries, offering job exchanges between our fleets.

What child safety measures are in place?

We provide high-quality baby and infant seats suitable for all ages, ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for young passengers.

Do I need to inform you of my travel route in advance?

You have the flexibility to guide the chauffeur directly or inform us of your intended route beforehand; both options are acceptable.

Can I smoke in the car?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles to ensure a pleasant environment for all passengers.

Is eating allowed in the car?

To preserve the white leather interiors, eating inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited.

What amenities are included in the car?

Standard amenities include wet wipes, tissues, still and sparkling water, mint chewing gum, and phone chargers. Meals inside the car are not permitted to maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness.

What is the availability of the driver during a rental?

The driver remains on standby throughout the rental period, available 24/7, allowing for flexible scheduling according to your needs.

Are there any special discounts for holidays or birthdays?

Special packages are available for such occasions, offering enhanced experiences.

Do you offer a car subscription service?

Our flexible booking options allow for daily, weekly, or monthly use, tailored to the individual requirements of the client.

Is there a bonus or referral program?

While our pricing is fixed, frequent clients may qualify for special packages.

What if I need to end my rental early?

Should you need to terminate your rental prematurely, we will adjust the charges accordingly, ensuring you are not billed for unused time. However, please be aware that the notice period for changing the rental period and cancelling booking is no later than 48 hours.

What other services does your company offer?

Besides car rentals, we offer a wide range of services including holiday homes, private excursions, event chauffeur services, desert safaris, yacht and helicopter tours, making us your one-stop shop for tourism-related needs.

Can I order just a driver?

You can book our chauffeurs to drive any vehicle of your choice without needing to provide any documents from your end.

What experience do your drivers have?

Our drivers are experts in navigating high-end luxury vehicles, with backgrounds in the tourism and transport industries.

What is the dress code for drivers?

Our chauffeurs are always dressed in a professional black suit and tie.

Is there a way to track the car?

While our tracking system is confidential, our operations team is available 24/7 to provide updates on the vehicle’s location and estimated arrival times.

Can I book a car for someone else?

Absolutely. You can reserve our services for friends, family, colleagues, or associates.

Can the driver run errands without me?

For full or half-day bookings, the driver can perform tasks as directed during the rental period. For transfer, no extra tasks and stop points can be added.

What services can I request from the driver?

Our professional chauffeurs can assist with luggage, meet at specific locations, and provide shelter from unexpected weather, ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Can I travel outside of Dubai?

Yes, travel is permitted to any emirate within the UAE.

Where am I allowed to drive the rented car?

Our vehicles can be driven anywhere in the UAE, with the exception of the Rolls Royce, which is restricted to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.

How many passengers can the car accommodate?

Capacity varies by vehicle model. For example, a Maybach or Rolls Royce accommodates two passengers in the rear and one in the front, while a Mercedes GLB can seat three in the back and one in the front.

What is included in the chauffeur-driven service?

Our rates include driver fees, petrol, and a freshly washed vehicle upon delivery. Excluded from the price are parking fees and SALIK (toll charges), which are managed by the driver and billed to the customer based on actual expenses incurred during the rental.

How is mileage calculated for chauffeur-driven services?

Mileage limits are not set for transfers within Dubai. For full or half-day bookings, we calculate based on time rather than mileage.

What is the minimum duration for which a chauffeur-driven service can be booked?

The shortest service we offer is a “Transfer,” designed for direct trips, such as airport to accommodation transfers, without any set mileage limits.

What documents are required to register for a lease?

For long-term rentals (1 month or more), we only require a copy of your ID and a 50% booking fee. No additional documents are needed.

Is the car delivered to my address, or do I need to go to your office?

Our drivers will deliver the vehicle to your location upon booking, ensuring a convenient pickup experience.

Do you only offer cars with a driver, or can I rent a car for self-driving?

At Voyage Voyage, we exclusively provide vehicles with a driver. As a tour operator, we focus on chauffeured services rather than self-drive car rentals.
